Two female students, Marie and Alex (Cecile De France & Maiwenn Le Besco), set off to Alex's parent's secluded homestead in the country to relax and study. Come nightfall, Hell pulls up at the front door. An intruder is about to turn their innocent dreams into a relentless and bloody nightmare.

A movie for those who like gore, "High Tension" is a slick little import from France that manages to build some tension, throw in a twist here and there and splash the screen with more blood than found in "Kill Bill."
