Three guys in their mid-thirties try to relive the good old college years by setting up an unofficial fraternity near their old campus where students can hang out without university restrictions. Unfortunately, the fun doesn't last for ever as they finally start to mature.

The teen comedy genre has gone south, as seen by the volumes of crap that have come out in recent years. Yes, I am a college student, and yes, I enjoy the good teen comedies as much as the next guy, but let's face it: there hasn't been anything really good since "American Pie 2."
