Set in the high-risk underwater mafia world, this is the story of a bottom-feeder named Oscar who is accidentally mistaken as the killer of a crime boss's son. He realizes that his only way to survive may be to pose as the killer and ask the crime boss's rival for a job.

Dreamworks proves that in animated films, an all-star cast doesn't make up for a lack of jokes. Will Smith, Renee Zellweger, Angelina Jolie, Jack Black, Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese all have big roles in the mildly entertaining yet ultimately unfulfilling fish movie.
