After a serial killer is murdered, an FBI Agent begins to suspect that a former agent may be executing other serial killers with vigilante justice as his motive. He also thinks that this killer of killers is going to try and go after Suspect Zero, a man suspected of killing hundreds of people, but who hides them by posing as other serial killers.

Ah, "Suspect Zero." This little so-called thriller of a movie came and went from theaters in the blink of an eye, ultimately earning less than ten million overall. I wonder why.
