The Whole Ten Yards Movie Synopsis & Plot
Retired hitman Jimmy "The Tulip" Tudeski (BRUCE WILLIS) is living the quiet life with his wife Jill (AMANDA PEET) in a beachfront bungalow in Mexico, miles away from his former life. However, his quiet life ends when an uninvited and most unwelcome connection to their past shows up on the Tudeskis' doorstep. It's Oz, breathless and desperate, begging them to help rescue his wife, Cynthia (NATASHA HENSTRIDGE), from the Hungarian mob. Jimmy couldn't be less interested; it's not his problem anymore. But before he can toss Oz out, more unexpected visitors show up. Newly paroled mob boss Lazlo Gogolak (KEVIN POLLAK) and his dim-bulb goons have followed the naïve dentist down from L.A. and right into Jimmy's Baja hideaway. Now Jimmy, Oz and Jill will have to go the whole nine yards — and then some — to manage the mounting Mafioso mayhem, in this sequel to the 2000 hit comedy The Whole Nine Yards.
MOVIE REVIEW
The Whole Nine Yards was an enjoyable and simple mobster comedy, but that does not entitle it to a sequel. The Whole Ten Yards, which reunites the cast consisting of Bruce Willis, Matthew Perry, Amanda Peet, Natasha Henstridge and Kevin Pollak, is one of the most unnecessary sequels ever made - and it doesn't even do it in good fashion.Read our Whole Ten Yards, The movie review »
